The ordering process was simple, and the shipping was very fast—much quicker than I expected. The product works perfectly and is everything I hoped for in terms of quality. The only downside was that one set of the rubber ear tips was missing from the box. It’s not a major issue, but it was a little disappointing. Otherwise, I’m very happy with my purchase and would still recommend buying from Best Buy.

Noise cancellation 10/10

I was expecting a deeper bass but overall sound is good, noise cancellation is great. I work in a somewhat louder environment and with these in it cuts out all the loud noise and yet you can hear the person talking to me, it’s pretty nice.

Love My AirPods Pro
