Customer Service is EVERYTHING to Me!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went in the store at one location to do a price match and I was told that at their location the manager has put a hold on price match. I called another location and the lady did my order over the phone along with the price match. It’s sad how you have to go to different locations to get something done and it’s your policy. I am really grateful for the customer service that the lady provided me. I went to the other location to pick up my item with ease. My husband is very satisfied with his new AirPods.

Love this AirPod pro 2

Good except for battery life

I wish battery life was longer and the fit was a bit tighter. They can tend to fall out if you lean over a lot like when gardening. Otherwise a great product with solid BT connection

Great for hearing aids and music /phone calls

After having the first gen of air pods to the newest generation i absolutely love these. Doesnt bother my ears after having them on all day and the battery life is great.
