I lost one of my other airpods and this product gives me a chance to track this airpod pro whenever I lose it. The sound quality was excellent. Therefore, it was worth the money.

Misled by Best Buy

I purchased the Open Box item in "Excellent" condition. The product I received did not meet that standard in my opinion. As I was working to take off the 8,328 stickers they put on the box, it was clear WHY they didn't appear to meet the standard. They had re-packaged these and just sold them as a higher level than advertised without removing the previous sticker first. Disappointing and easily avoidable.

They have so many cool new features like when I start talking, they automatically turn down the music and turns on transparency mode so I can carry a conversation without having to do anything!
