The headphones are awesome but the service was beyond. Thanks for making this gift giving a great experience this Christmas. Headphones were so easy to connect to iPhone and it helps me locate my phone when I misplaced it (awesome feature).

They sound fine....the noise cancellation is fine. If I stay perfectly still they're fine. My $60 Soundcore buds sound better and actually stay in my ears, so I find myself going back to them 90% of the time unless I'm just laying on the couch listening to music. I have tried all the ear tips. I have bought the memory foam after marked ones (3 different types)....I wish I had waited for the new beats fit 2 since the around the ear style would have at least stayed seated. So if you want an Apple status symbol, these are it. If you have the golden ears these work with, maybe they will be for you. But I'm stuck with $200+ earbuds that dont work for me.

I had been using Samsung products for about 2 years as I often switch back and forth but it always amazes me just how much better these airpods sound than my galaxy buds pro. Everything is seamless and level of noise cancellation is top notch.

Typically earbuds hurt my ears after wearing them from 2+ hours or slip out but with the different sizes provided with the AirPods, I never experienced any of those inconveniences! :)

Solid Upgrade

The sound quality (especially the bass) is much better. However, the battery life could be better, especially with the noice cancellation on. I have to charge them twice a day with that on.

The Spatial audio with dynamic head tracking brings theater-like sound from the movie or video you're watching, so that sound seems like it's coming from all around. Highly recommend!!!
