First off, the microphone is much better, along with battery life and distance from source. The reason they get dinged a star is because they arent as comfortable and hurt "MY" ears when they are in for a long time. Also the charging case is bulky which im not a big fan of. Still worth the upgrade, my airpods are like 5 years old and theyre beaten and battered!

It’s easy to connect to whatever Apple product you’re using. I even expirenced it letting me know someone was at my front door on my ring camera. I was so happy with this product that I bought another for my fiancé.

We like better than the AirPod Pros

They are the same version that I have for myself. He said they are working just fine for him. I love mine. I was allergic to the rubber/silicone they have on the AirPod Pros, so these are perfect for me. And they seem to be great for him too.

They do have an issue with static where you will have to disconnect them and the connect again in the middle of conversations. I use apple everything but I think the AirPods are probably the worse product I have purchased from them.
