I really like these air pods, but love the service

I know they get a bad wrap sometimes, but the sound quality is SO much better. Some of the functionality, like how to pause sound or answer calls is not as intuitive, so I had to search for that information. But the pros outweigh the cons. Also, I want to mention how helpful and friendly the team member at the San Dimas Best Buy was when I came in to pick up my order. He was intentionally friendly and helpful and made that short interaction very pleasant.

Great sound and fit well

They work perfectly and I have been using for a while now and they do not disappoint. The sound is perfect and it automatically adjusts depending on the setting I am in and if the place around me is loud or quiet. They fit just right considering I have small ears and do not slip or fall out
