She hasn't complained at all. She was very happy to receive them for Christmas. She uses them with her Apple phone and laptop. It helps her with her homeschooling, and the sound is great. They have a snug fit so I don’t worry about losing them or one falling out. They connect flawlessly to my phone.

At first I was skeptical about buying open box but once again the open box option didn’t stir me wrong. I even got the Apple Music trial
