I love my new range. I purchased it because of the stainless steel top but have found all the other wonderful things- griddle is terrific as I make breakfast every day on it. The double ring burner is also a wonderful plus as is the air fryer. I love that each burner is a different size and they are easily removed to clean well under them. I have not yet used the WiFi functions but am looking forward to doing there. It took a while for delivery and installation because of issues beyond Best Buy’s control but this range is well worth that wait

I did months of research before deciding on this Samsung range. It offered more cooking options than many other brands in this price range. I love the expensive look and how well it matches my older black appliances. We've used the air fryer and my daughter claims it works just as well, if not better than our counter top air fryer. We love the different Btu sizes on the burners. Food cooks in no time. Even though I haven't used the convection or self cleaning options yet, I'm giving it 5 stars for looks, performance and mostly value.

I love this range. I don't cook often but i have doubled the amount i use to cook because of this range

I love the stove. It heats up quick and easy to install and use. It was easy to set up and didn't need the instructions. So easy to use! Love it i give it a thumbs up. The range is perfect and love the griddle it comes with.

I have tried all features on this appliance and have been satisfied with each of them.

For once, a product that does exactly what it advertises it does. If you're 50, ya know what I mean.

This is my first new stove in 20 yrs! It's just great!! It looks so nice in my kitchen the stove heats up very fast. I'm diggin all the new features.

Great appliance, operates and looks great! Easy cleaning, convection function cooks everything evenly.

Heats up very quickly and the air fry function works extremely well.

An Amazing Range it does it all, a very nice range my wife loves it the air fry works outstanding we purchased th range along with the microwave as a set they complement each other well. The oven cooks great the WiFi is a big plus.

Absolutely most amazing purchase I’ve made. Very simple to use. Connects to WiFi just as easy as setting up your Bluetooth. Able to control your oven from anywhere. Self cleaning as well. Also oven sends notifications to your phone to keep you always updated with its operation.

The oven works great. Used the air fry about 4 times now and it’s awesome. So glad me went with the convection / air fry oven.

absolutely amazing. sleek designs and works perfectly. its the first time i have used an air fryer oven and to say the least i am not dissapointed 10/10 would reccomend to everybody but especially if you like to bake and cook in the oven.

Purchased this beautiful range and was told it’ll be delivered on Monday. Perfect! When I got home I saw that the delivery date on the receipt was Monday… 2 months later. Apparently it was on back order. SMH! That would have been good information to have been told to me be the sales associate. Now that it’s been delivered and installed It seems to be working well. Looks to be very well made compared to similar priced ranges from other brands.

I love the look of this and the extra space inside - none wasted on a broiler at the bottom that will hardly ever get used. The cons though, there's a few. First, the advertised fingerprint free or whatever it's called black stainless option... ok so it doesn't get fingerprints on it, i guess i'll give them that... what it does do is smudge and get oily exceptionally easily and is really hard to clean! the ovens ive had before this one were not nearly as hard to clean on the exterior. the glass on the inside also had some minor imperfections like bubbling/issues with the protective layer that cannot be cleaned/fixex and they drive me kind of bonkers. if i had known that the cooktop and keypad would forever look dirty/oily and be so difficult to clean, i definitly would have explored other options. cooking wise, i'm very satisfied. it took a while with some of the items that i bake for to get my groove from the older gas unit i came from, but now the cooking and baking are fairly seamless.

I got that first with leaking natural gas problem. Leakage was small and gas company found it after second call. Product was replaced, but I did not have a chance to cook for about two weeks. I hope a new one will work good.
