Gas leak

We purchased total care with Best Buy & they replaced the gas line but still leaking gas & now saying won’t cover & refer to manufacturer who will not cover it either. Spent $800 for a stove/ range & oven that doesn’t work.

So far a total of six appointments have been set up for delivery of this item and so far all but one has been canceled with two more now pending. why 2? I have no idea. And nobody will call me back and nobody that talks to me over there. Internal messaging system knows any of the reasons for any of the cancellations.

We started using this in December 2024 and we are not happy with it at all . Shuts off during use/or the clock resets for no reason.

Just spent an hour and 51 minutes trying to get instructions to lower the burner flame (at it's lowest setting). After almost 2 hours with support, they said there is no adjustment. It's difficult to pick a stove / oven without seeing it working. I love my samsung tv's so I tried their stove. Never again.
