Stay away and go with a different brand

If you google everything that is wrong with the Samsung appliances, this fits the bill. Uneven heating in the oven, slow to heat up burners, and very slow to heat up in the oven. Our last stove was a Maytag and lasted almost 20 years. It was a smooth top and I miss it. When this one dies, I do not think I'll be missing it much.

Junk!!

Best Buy said I have a year and a half warranty- Samsung says a year! I spent 861.00 and got a year’s use! Samsung was no help, only wanted to sit up a service call but couldn’t tell me what that charge would be. Very disappointed and mad for losing so much money! Do not buy!

Works but not worth the extra money

Not Great by any means!

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This oven does cook food but the temps do not stay consistent and I often find myself having to turn it off and re input the temp to get it back to where it needs to be. My fifteen year old basic range was better than this at keeping a temperature until the day before the heating coil blew up - there is no way this thing will last. The control panel decides when it wants to recognize that you are pushing the button. I find I can have the oven pre heat for 400 and it says its ready and then after a while things aren't cooking as they should> I turn it off and turn it back on and the preheat starts in the 290s and takes a while to get back to 400.

Bottom drawer is the cause of average

Its a fight to take it in and out. I know the oven is bigger so the drawer isnt big. Which is fine but why have a drawer at all?

I know that you have some concerns with the drawer on the bottom of your unit and would like to explain the purpose. Most stoves have a drawer underneath them. The drawer is actually used to keep cooked food warm when the times do not match up. You can place the food in the drawer while the oven is still in use. White Faded Area on Cooktop

We felt like this range would be great because it had several nice features specifically the air fryer. We had also heard great things about Samsung. Well, 13 months after purchase a faded white spot has occurred in two places are largest burner. I am thoroughly disappointed in this blemish. Based on what I have read, this is a defect in the glass and cannot be removed. The only way is to replace burner top. What a joke. You pay $1000 for a new range and cannot get but a year before defects begin. We are meticulous about keep the oven and cooktop clean and within 13 months, a month after warranty expires, this occurs. I do not blame Best Buy but I do blame Samsung. I will never buy another appliance that has that name.

I came home and smelt something burning
