    Although I would’ve loved to give this 5 stars the glass top chipped after having it for 5 months and Samsung did not do anything to help. I would have to pay close to the cost of a new one to repair it. I take extra care of my appliances using only approved cleaners and cleaning techniques for the glass top, but the quality of the top on this is not good! I had a Whirlpool one for 15 years and no issues other than the oven going out on me and it was time to replace… not one chip on that glass top… don’t buy because Samsung does not stand behind their product…. I am stuck with this until it goes out.

    Does not boil fast enough!

    Great oven features but it does not boil water fast enough. My old range boils twice as fast and it was more than 10 years old. I strongly suggest boiling water in advance when your making soups, broths, or stews. When boiling meats for prep to soften, its painfully slow. Sad to be purchasing such a nice range with one major flaw.

    It is terrible experience. After using one year, the hot Surface indicator did not work at all, also, one of small elements could not work properly, even turn to the lowest setting, the actual heat has been like maximum heat setting. Now, the worst is another element, the big one, is working crazy, same as the element mentioned above, when turning to the lowest setting, the heat keeps like maximum heat. Therefore, when I stir food, they burnt right away, especially cooking egg. I bought it on Sept 4, 2022. I paid it about $800. Does manufacturer design it with about 2 years lifespan.

    Elegant but had to return

    Looks elegant. Good deal; but had to return because it was damaged. The box was not damaged when we got it, but the range had a big defect that i think it fell or got hit.

    I just had this stove for just a month as of today and the stove top with the glass already has air like bubbles under the glass. It’s like it’s fogged underneath the glass or something.

    Absolutely horrible experience. Stopped working within months of the purchase. Then the entire motherboard went out and stove stopped working all together right after the 1 year mark. The delivery service was horrible too. I have spent over 10K in the last year with Best Buy for appliance for rental properties but I am taking my business elsewhere!!!

    Stove top broke after 6 months of owning. It was a simple fix but a brand new appliance shouldnt break that quick. Samsung has many lawsuits against their appliance side of things. I highly recommend a different brand ill never buy another Samsung appliance. I just wish i didnt have this range.
