Quiet running, quick turn around time on ice, and always perfect. Love it.

I actually really like the shape it produces with the ice but sometimes its really loud when making the ice. Obviously its an ice maker its bound to be noisy at some points but thats the biggest complaint

I love it. Very easy to set up, doesn't take alot of space.

good ice maker. in hot weather its best to take the first two batches of ice and add them to the water. helps the ice maker make bigger ice cubes faster. It doesn't stop until its full of ice or out of water! the only draw back is it doesn't freeze the ice so in hot weather you got to keep an eye on it or the ice melts. Comes with a scoop too!

This ice maker does a great job of making ice quickly. After first set up, we had ice in less than 10 minutes. Before you know it you’ll have more ice than you know what to do with!

Love this ice maker, makes ice quickly. After reading the reviews regarding the mold it collects. My process is that after I make several bags of ice, I then wipe down with a paper towel and unplug until the next time I need to make more ice for my coffee drinks. Have no issues yet with mold.

So handy!!! It does glitch sometimes and need to be turned off and on to start making ice again, and sometimes forgets to tell you to check the water. Otherwise it's a small noise in the background keeping the household with ice. Not enough for a party, we'd still need to buy, or collect, but enough for day to day household.

Man, this thing is a gateway drug into the world of unlimited ice. Dont even start if youre not ready for a world of pain… get the protection plan PLEASE. We are literally on our 4th one, ive been to Best Buy so many times to replace it, its getting on my nerves. But when it works, it is great… keep in mind that it is NOT repairable (Insignia lied and said it is), the first time it broke, i came to Best Buy and they “replaced” it only to give me back the same exact device (the associate pretended to go in the back and replace it) - see what i mean?

Works great. Very nice to have good ice on hand this is second one we bought. Was not sure if would be as good as the name brand but has not disappointed.

Works well for camping. It is easy to use and compact.

Mold and bacteria grow easily and hard to clean. Makes great ice but poor design makes it difficult to clean. We've owned it for a couple of years and it needs to be cleaned at least once a month. The pictures show what you'll see if you look closely at your unit every so often. It doesn't come apart at all so you'll need to get crafty when cleaning it.

This is great for our home bar we love how fast it makes ice and the ice is really good and taste good, it takes about 5 cycles to get plastic taste away but once you do that you will love this amazing machine. I really enjoyed it and i will definitely buy another one. Really light and makes lots of ice

This is the BEST ice maker I’ve ever purchased. It’s well designed; the water tank is under the ice bin, so if the ice melts, the water is reused. It’s quiet, efficient, and wonderful!

Our fridge’s ice maker sucks, and this one picked up the slack perfectly. Makes ice cubes relatively quickly, and can turn it off so it doesn’t run overnight. Appreciate that there’s small and large ice cubes to choose from.

So far so good. Only had it a few weeks but make a weeks worth of ice in a day.
