The only thing I don't like about it is how quickly the ice melts in the machine itself but it makes it quick enough to negate the melt.

It is small and the ice basket fills up quickly, so if you have to make a lot of ice you will need to take out each batch, put it in a ziploc bag and in the freezer. It's not the kind of ice maker you want to buy if you have a big party that requires a lot of ice. It's not a family size machine either, but its just the right size for an apartment with one or two people living in it.

Then again if you are in need of quick ice, you cant expect it to be that long lasting. Even with the "larger" option selected, the ice melted with a room temperature soda. It all depends what you need ice for, this may work for some but didnt work for us. From opening the box to ice only took a few mins at most. So if you are in need of quick ice, this might be for you.

There are two sizes to choose from small and large. Both sizes of ice are easy to crunch and are made fast. I wish I had bought this sooner.
