We use it in our RV, and we always have fresh ice without using ice trays in the freezer. It’s slow, but we start it in the morning and it makes ice throughout the day.

The ice has a chemical taste and I've had it for about 3 weeks and ran machine everyday. If the taste doesn't go away in a week I'm going to return it....it can't be safe to be disgesting chemicals.

Seriously, it does a great job and for once the write up is true it does deliver a ton of ice. Enjoy!

I make ice after work everyday and put it in the freezer and we always have plenty on hand.

This makes ice so quickly! I have started saving ice in ziploc freezer bags for later use. No more running to the store for bags of ice :)
