It is a good price and makes ice quickly. However, once the ice is in a glass it melts quickly and beverages don’t stay cold for long. I think it is probably because the ice is hollow.

I love this little ice maker. Bought it for the coffee bar at office and it works great! And it doesn’t take up much space.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my son because I love mine so much. Make plenty of ice for the 2 of us in our house.

This little ice maker was great for the first few months. And then the "hiccups" started. About 8 months in the ice full sensor would constantly false trip. But that wasn't huge as generally turning it off and on again would resolve it. But then a year and a few weeks after purchase the little tray arm that actually lifts to make the arm would seize. And I didn't opt for the extended warranty. I only ever used filtered water like it said, I cleaned it regularly and yet it needed the off/on tricks far too often. And sometimes you have to have it off for extended periods of time and then on again and cross your fingers. So when it worked? The ice was good, it was reasonably fast and the ice cube shape was nice. It didn't keep the ice in the tray for too long before it started melting though, so I got in the habit of dumping it into the freezer as often as possible. The poor little fella just didn't stand a chance of staying reliable it seems, and like so many other instances it failed -right- past the warranty period so you're stuck with no options.

So far it works just like advertised. In about 30 minutes you have a full basket of ice. The large ice cubes are not really that big, but when it comes to ice, ice is ice. The ice is wet when it comes out of the maker, so it will probably stick together when you put it in the frig.

This is my second one of these. I had the stainless version that only lasted 2 years. I purchased the extended protection for this one. The performance is fine but I'm not sure about longevity. Catching it on sale is when you get the best value.

This is an ice making machine. Fun to use and watch as it makes ice. In 2 hours we have enough ice for all week.

Very efficient and makes great ice! A bit loud, but left over water is recycled right back into reservoir to make more cubes!

This little unit is without a doubt awesome well worth $ I’ve had expensive units and this is by far well worth every penny
