very slow at making enough ice

This makes nice ice cubes but very slowly. The directions say 5-15 minutes I figured that was for a bunch of ice but it literaly take 5-15 min for about 4-5 cubes. I have learned to just keep it running and fill a bag for the freezer but it isnt good if you need it for drinks immediately.
