    I would recommend buying this product. It works as promised and the machine doesn't take up a lot of counter space. Make a few bags ahead of your party, load the ice maker with water and party hearty!!

    This unit makes ice cubes pretty fast. About 6 minutes. Didn't see a hge difference between the small and large cubes. The are more like bullet shaped and are hollow in the middle. They do melt much quicker than a standard ice cube. Great to have ice on our camping trips though.
