The ice is small, but that’s perfect for cocktails. Keep it filled with water and you’ll always have ice. I still don’t get how it makes ice so fast, but I like it. Perfect for parties!

First was replaced under warranty after less than a year. The second died from a different issue after 10 months. It worked fine while it worked, but the sensors for the ice full settings were inconsistent, and it was difficult to clean. Moved on to the Insignia nugget ice maker. Hoping for better results.

First maker low water shut off didn't work at all. I test the replacement maker, worked a few test then stop working altogether. Would get a 5 star rating if not for the non functioning low water shut off.

If you stay on top of moving the fresh ice to a bag in your freezer you will have a bag filled in no time at all.

Love that the ice just melts right back into the machine and can be reused. Without question worth the investment, I've used this product more in a month then I ever expected and I've never had to worry about running out of ice!
