Since this summer seems extra hot, this ice maker is cranking from 5 AM until midnight. No issues so far (crossing fingers.)

The ice quality was good and the small size was great for the counter. Unfortunately, it quit working only 2 weeks after being purchased. After making a pretty loud popping noise, it still turns on but it no longer freezes.

The ice comes out a bit soft so we often throw it in the freezer to harden it up. I believe this is true for all ice makers. Happy we purchased it. We love Best Buy too.

Only had an issue once where the full ice sensor didn’t work so it just kept making ice but it’s great and I love this product!

I would probably want a machine that has a larger capacity for ice storage if I was entertaining though.
