Great machine. Takes a bit to get started but once it does it good. Order one from Sharper Image and had to send it back. Use when we entertain instead of having people bring ice !!

I bought this to replace a similar one that was damaged. Should have paid more attention to things I *assumed* were standard but are not. This one has no audible beep to alert you that ice basket is full, if you’re busy and don’t catch it when it shuts off, you’ll find ice already melting. Basket is somewhat small and sensor reads as full before it’s full. I could almost fill a gallon bag with ice from prior machine, lucky to get 1/3 full from this one. Otherwise, it works as intended and the ice is fine.

I got about Christmas as my fridge ice maker stopped working. 3 months later it is not working well at all. It thinks the ice maker is full when it is not. I sometimes have to turn it off and on again to get it to make ice cubes. I expect it to die any day.

got it for my dad and he loves it and it pour ice faster then the old one we have I recomed it

This is the 1st ice machine I have ever purchased. I love it. The only minor issue is the machine does make noise. If you keep it close to the living room you will have to turn up the TV :)

Makes fresh ice in under 10 minutes and the best part is if you leave it on over night or even during the day it recycles the water that melts off the ice cubes to make new cubes again !!! Highly recommended!!

Good buy if you’re just looking for quick grab ice. It is not good for mixed “drinks”. Due to the rapid speed of making the ice it’s very soft and will water down an adult beverage.

The machine works great but the outer material has developed a bubble. Not even a year since i purchased. Clearly a manufacturer issue.

Makes ice fast, but it’s pretty soft ice that melts quickly to all other ice. Nice to have ice on demand…

This is a good ice maker for one person or for a small quantity of ice. Though it doesn't make a ton of ice it makes a good small quantity.

I never opened it. My automatic ice maker in my freezer started working again so I didn’t need it.

Pretty good for a while but started getting louder as time went on.

I love this ice machine. Just make sure To throw the first cycles of ice away so that the ice has no after taste. I let the first cycle of water run completely out before using the ice. Now it’s perfect.

Love this portable ice maker. We are buying a fifth wheel. And have been buying products to test before getting it in. And this works great for 4 people

I'm very pleased with this purchase. I dont need to worry about running out of ice anymore and needing to go to the store to buy some. work good for what I need.

Great ice maker! Way better than the last one I had. Makes ice rather quickly and the best part is that it never keeps making ice past the ice full level! I just hope it lasts for a few years!

I love my ice maker, I have had it now for 4 months

This makes ice super fast but the bin barely holds enough for one glass. Its a super small bin plus the ice compartment is not for keeping ice frozen. The ice is melty when you get it out. I just couldnt make myself like this. I’ll save my money and get one of the pellet bigger makers.
