Makes a lot of ice, very quickly. Very happy with how it works.

I love it!! Description just as described. It makes ice fast and a little loud when the water is low to let you know add more water. I like the small ice cubes but you have a choice of big and small. It doesn't take up much counter space. The down fall is that you have to take the ice out and store in your freezer or it will just melt and recycle the water if not used. But if you use a lot of ice and have storage it's perfect.

Works great and makes a lot of ice quickly. One drawback is the ice tends to settle at the top blocking the laser eye sensor. The ice maker stops making ice when the basketbis only half full.

it lasted 10months before it stopped making ice but for the most part it was a good machine

Fantastic addition to my man cave. This ice maker takes no time to make ice. Super convenient and is quite once the ice is made. I highly recommend this ice maker. Really a Best Buy, pun intended.

Little ice maker that could! — great product overall and does the job its intended to do. Only complaint would be how quickly it needs to be properly cleaned and disinfected. Mind you, I have no problem with upkeep on appliances but I don’t think my ice maker should have what looks like black… slime? a day after it hasn’t been used... not sure how to best describe it. It’s almost like the minimal amount of water inevitably left behind for that day becomes stale and eventually gets that black slime build up. Kinda weird not gonna lie lol But, ultimately, a deep clean with disinfectant and running it with water mixed with vinegar before starting actual ice cube making for ourselves seems to keep all that away. Coming from someone who is somewhat of a self-diagnosed germaphobe… it’s still 100% worth it.

I had an Igloo ice maker that finally died after five years. I was a little reluctant to consider Insignia but the reviews and cost made me decide to give it a try. This IS my ice maker and it runs the whole time I am home. The Insignia is marvelous. It makes ice quickly, is quiet, and the flip up door to the ice bin is wide enough to get into easily. It more then keeps me in ice and I love it.

It is the best, specially if you have gathering for dinner one water fill will give you lots of ice . I used it yesterday for thanksgiving dinner and I gots a lots of compliments about it and about it’s convenient size .

This ice machine is a great starter! Its very convinient, it fits in small places and goes very nice in the kitchen. It takes about 8 minutes for the ice to get made and its super useful when you dont have any storage for ice and you are in a rush! One of my favorite features of this item are the sensors. It senses when the ice ifs full and once the ice is not in the sensors way, it starts making ice again. I was worried to have it on overnight but it was such a great idea. It did not overflow, whatever melted turned to ice again and I had fresh beautiful ice for my coffee before work without any delays. I recommend this ice maker to everyone, from a larger area to a small crowded area, it fits so perfectly, it comes in different colors for your aesthetic. Also, the ice maker is also pretty quiet.

This machine is awesome. You simply pour water in the main compartment, turn it on,and if you have selected large ice cubes about 6 mins latter you have a batch of ice. They are about the size of a large gum drop. So to fill a normal glass up to the top it would take about three batches. But I promise this thing is cool and really helps when you have company because it just keeps making ice.

I have had this countertop ice maker for a month and it has out done itself. I am really glad I purchased this ice maker for the price it is worth it. I looked at more expensive countertop ice makes and the only difference is that this does not have the water on the side other than that they all do the same. So, I went with the less expensive ice maker and I have no regrets.

It is easy to use and the ice is a good size. The auto shut-off works well and the light help to let me know when to put in more water.

This was purchased when our refrigerator was running out of ice to fast. Wanted something that would constantly produce this is it. Such a great price and never run out of ice in a day. I do suggest that water be cleaned out every Morning so it doesn’t have a off taste. When melts can sit over night which is why. Otherwise love.
