Not Long Lasting

I've replaced mine an one that I purchased as a gift for someone else. My only saving grace was the warranty.

At some point the arm that scoops the ice cracked and now it no longer holds the ice cubes long enough to freeze. Very disappointed. Hoping to find a fix soon.
