First of all even the large cubes are small and they melt super fast in the drinks. The machine is also noisy it can be annoying most of the time. Not worth it, i am back on doing ice on classic way

Well, we set it up and anxiously waited for a mug full of ice. And waited. And waited. I'm convinced this thing thing couldn't produce 26lbs of ice if we waited on it for a week !! I do not blame the Insignia brand - I'm sure this is just some rebranded machine. We've seen some name brands that look similar and are priced more. We have several Insignia items in our house and those work fine.
