Open box items marked as excellent is expected to be received with an 'excellent' rate of quality. This product is nowhere near that quality and I am highly disappointed in this order. I have just got back to town and was able to only now see my order- or course a few days late of returning the product. Had the prpduct condition been marked to match the actual quality i would have been fine obviously. But something marked as excellent but receiving something that looks as if it has been taken out of a dumpster and used as an experiemental project by some back alley inhabitant is quite disappointing especially by Best Buy standards. Heck whoever or whatever took it apart and put it back together left out some screws, something looks pretty backwards, some mismatched screws, along with a whole unit that doesn't function and is cracked. As i am stuck with the darn thing i suppose we shall call it the Frankenstein dumpster ice machine.. that doesn't function nearly as good as Frankenstein did.

Its sleek , however, its very noisy and it doesn't make efficient ice will continue yo search

Got this with thoughts of it producing freezer ice maker amount,but not at all,returned it,good thought but doesn’t deliver

Nice machine, takes a while for me to make enough ice for a gallon bag of water though about 45 minutes per bag

Maybe my expectations were too high for this little icemaker, but honestly, the puny amount of ice it makes per batch is laughable. I cannot imagine the scenario where this is a useful product, I mean like 1/2 cup per batch and then it starts melting right away because the containment area is not insulated.

Works well, I am sad that is does not keep ice cold, but I just keep it on 24/7 so it's alight.

I had to replace this product 3 or 4 times in less than 2 months. Not good for a large family.

This ice maker is good. However, it takes too long to make the full amount of ice.

I loved this when I purchased it. It worked really good till it stopped working. I didn’t get the extended warranty so that didn’t help me out. I literally only was able to use it for a few months.

The plug CONSTANTLY comes disconnected from the plug handle and gets stuck inside the unit. I have to use a needle nose pliers to dig the plug out every single time I use the item.

This is my 3rd portable ice maker to own. for the most part, they last a year since I use mine every day. All have been different brands and small. This one has a small water reservoir and ALWAYS needs water. Very inconvenient.

The ice maker took awile to make a gallon but and the end it melted into a block of ice and hsrd to break up

This is not a great substitute for a refrigerator with a built-in ice maker. This unit can barely keep up with two of us and it makes what can describes as soggy, half-formed ice cubes. We had purchased a different brand from Best Buy about 5 years ago; I wish we still had that one instead of this one.

It’s ok. I think I would not have bought it if I had to do over: just takes up too much room.

Not crazy about it. takes along time to make enough ice to use. Wish i would have saved my money and not bought it.

Our refrigerator ice machine broke so we looked to replace with this and it couldn’t keep up with our ice needs.

Was great for 1 year and 46 days and then it stopped working, of course it was 46 days past warrenty, cost to much to fix so in the trash it goes. Unless you buy an extended warranty, I would not buy but with a warranty, I guess you can get a new one every year or so if you buy a warranty...

While it quickly makes ice, the plastic inside flecks off somewhere in the process and ends up floating in your drink. For the price, it’s ok, but if you aren’t ok fishing out the plastic pieces, I’d advise another ice maker.

Not as good as the last one I had from Frigidaire. Features on it don’t work right.

It is good I like it it make my summer cooler I like the clolr
