Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It starts out making tons of ice cubes and after a couple months it takes almost an hour for the first batch of ice cubes. We clean it all the time and it'll help speed up the process for about a week and then back to an hour to make a batch. When I say batch I mean one cycle of ice cubes which is 8 ice cubes. Look for another one with better reviews. Also make sure you buy the warranty on it. It's been 2 years and 2 months and now it doesn't work at all. I strongly suggest you DONT BUY THIS ITEM!!!

Not Worth it

I couldn’t get a full tray of ice because the ice would melt, so it was a big circle all day. The machine didn’t keep ice cold, only made the ice. So u have to put ice in freezer but then the ice would freeze together in the freezer and then u have a big chunk of ice. Over all not worth it. I returned it and just bought a bag of ice.

Requires constant attention. Ice reservoir fills up 20% - 30% then shuts off because ice piles up & machine thinks its full, push ice out of the way, will run some more till blocked again. Makes loud squeaking noise

Didn't last a year

Used it every day for a few hours, never let it run dry, kept it out of harm's way, etc. Just died tonight after less than 11 months. Should have gotten the protection plan, since I can't return it. Won't buy again.

Returned for a replacement under warranty. Next broke just after warranty. Had to purchase 3rd. But can't live without. So if it breaks again I have a 2 year warranty

First time was literately in a week where it started to randomly leak from the fan on the side. Wet floors are a great time right. I exchanged it and the new one last a bit of time but suddenly stopped working for reasons unknown. I do not have kids or pets and i have never moved it since installing it around a year ago. I'm very disappointed in this ice maker
