Machine works great, however it came with the side cracked.

A bit noisy, ice melts quickly within the machine itself

It worked for about a month and now it doesn't make ice. It was good when it worked.

Honestly not worth spending 100$ on like just go buy yourself ice cube trays at this point. The ice melts faster then I use it and it just remakes ice all day and wastes energy because there is nothing that helps keep the ice cold I notice that by the time it fills the tray half the ice cubes are already melting absolutely dissatisfied it’s only good if you store the ice cubes in the freezer which like honestly defeats the point in having this item I don’t have room in my freezer for ice that’s why I wanted a portable ice maker but it just melts as fast as it’s made

This ice machine is very effective but its kinda slow

Recieved yesterday and returning it now. Save yourself the trouble and get yourself a better brand that will actually work. Left it running overnight just in case, but nothing. Just pulled and cycled water the entire night. I usually dont buy this brand but wanted yo give it a chance due to the reviews. Big mistake!

Had it a little over a year. Used it maily in the summer but it stopped making ice and is trash now. So did i get a hundred dollars of use out of it I don't think so.

Little overpriced compared to other stores. Works great though.

Not great quality, doesn’t hold ice. Makes ice quickly but it’s very poor quality.

1st unit failed after about 11 months. The store replaced it under warranty now the 2nd unit has started making a strange vibrating noise. Did some trouble shooting turned off, cleaned but no luck

Ice melts super fast in the tray. Even when I put it straight away in my drink it melts in 5 mins. I know it's ice it melts but when I put ice from a grocery store in my beverage it lasts a lot longer!! Very disappointed. Wish I would have kept the box I would return it.

I have had this ice maker for just 11 months and its done for. Ive cleaned it as reconmmended and never filled past the max fill line.

This is just not the greatest value. Had been wanting one for the longest time. Finally went for it when on sale. Had the return and after 3 time was a no go. The first time the ice kept tastin like oil no matter what I did. Cleaning ran through about 10+ loads of ice and it just never changed. The next one just quit working and the third one never kept the ice cold enough after making . Not a great value sadly.

Did not generate enough hard ice. Ice melted very easily.

Nice little ice maker, however it melts quickly and unless you deep freeze it afterwards in a normal freezer, tray is kinda small, pull a lit of power running 24/7 and if you dont use it, it melts in the tray after awhile and just recycles itself

I have had this ice maker now for less than two months. bought March 25th, this year. Now it is making a loud, grinding noise when running. This is not a quality product at all. Had the silver colored one previously for two years and when it died , we got this one. Very unhappy.

I bought thus for Christmas present with 4 year warranty and stopped working after a few months. The fill water light stays on and doesn't work. Then exchanged item for another and that lasted 2 days with same problem. The water fill light stays on. Not wasting my time and money. Got a full return

Stopped making ice. Contacted Insignia via email and they responded with a list of questions. I replied and answered all their question with a copy of the receipt. Not one reply since then. Nothing in the junk folder. I resent 3 email asking for help in the last week and I get nothing back. I also tried their phone service hoping that would prove better. After one hour hold, I realized they are not going to answer. Stay away from anything Insignia.
