Great ice maker. Fast, compact and very reliable..

I didn't realize how great this was until I plugged it up. Really easy to use. Great sized ice cubes. Only makes noise thru the refilling and dropping ice process. Turn it on and let it go. Keeps ice ready.

This was a gift for my in laws and they are very happy with it. Makes good amount of hice in an hour and it does make noise but mainly when it absorbs the water or when it dispensea the ice and it is not too loud.

I have the not so good habit of chewing ice. I know which places in my town have the best and which have the worst ice and how much they charge for it. I couldn't stand how much room my tower of ice trays took up in the freezer and was tired of struggling to get the ice out of them several times a day. So I bought this countertop ice maker to improve my quality of life. It's a good piece of machinery that Producers a good amount of cubes with a quickness. My complaint is that there's no guidance on cleaning it aside from wiping it down with soapy water before using. I know how slimy ice machines can get and that wiping the surfaces you can reach won't take care of that slime. There has to be a way to clean the inner workings to prevent or clear it out. Otherwise, I'm happy with it

Love this ice maker! It makes two different sizes of ice and it is wonderful. Doesn’t take too long to make ice. Great price and I would purchase again if need be.

It is so amazing!! You do have to dump the ice as soon as it fills because it will melt but i mean… its ice lol i use my water filter to fill it up and the i e comes out clear and tasty!

It frequently makes ice as long as you refill water and emoty the icebucket. It was easy set up and looks pretty on my counter. It will shut off when full. But ice stays as is.

Ordered this unit to replace another brand that quit working. This one is much more quiet and easier to clean with the built in drain. Makes ice quickly and effciently.

Perfect little ice maker to substitute for my use while freezers ice maker is down. Good amount of ice for what it is, and next to silent operation. I say next to silent because the ice dump cycle sounds just like you would think. Not loud but you hear it

I returned a larger ice maker because it took forever to make one freezer bag of ice. I decided to try this smaller size and am so happy i did, not only did it fit well on my kitchen counter it cranked out ice as it should have. Very happy!

I like you can make 2 different size ice cubes. I thought it made ice cubes and kept them frozen until u used them, nope. After sometime they melt and remake the cube again. So we just end up storing in the freezer. I needed something to make ice cubes as its hard with a bottom freezer. I would recommend buying

Great machine for the price. It makes ice super fast and doesn’t take up much counter space. I will say, it is a bit loud and it doesn’t keep the ice frozen, but the basket will drain the melted ice to re freeze.

This small machine is easy to use and it produces a lot of ice for its size. The ice basket fills up quickly and it doesn’t always stop like it’s supposed so watch for it plugging up with ice. But it’s easy to clear and other than that it works well

We got two of these. The first one had a VERY strong plastic taste to the ice...I cleaned it...I cleaned it and I cleaned it. I called tech support and they had me clean it a few other ways. Even over a month of using it every day multiple times a day, the ice tasted TERRIBLE. We were able to return it and get a new one since Insignia is basically a BestBuy brand. After 1 day, the plastic taste was gone. We've taken this on trips with us, we use it DAILY beacuse the ice maker in our refrigerator is SO slow, it takes 3 days for it to fill the small bin. This has been a GREAT purchase. Just so you know, some halogen bulbs will interfere with the ice detector and so the ice maker will never shut off. We've had this occur in one location and once we found the cause, turning off the offending bulbs was the best work around for us.

I absolutely adore this little machine. Whenever sweltering summer weather leaves me parched and in need of a refreshing drink, I couldn't ask for a better ice maker. This bundle of joy has brought so much pleasure into my life that I can hardly imagine what it was like before I bought it. Highly recommended! The machine's ability to produce loads of ice quickly and efficiently makes it perfect for any gathering, whether you are hosting an event with lots of guests or just want enough ice for the entire family at home. You can easily customise the size of cubes to suit your preferences so that they're just right.

Works really nice seems to be trouble free so far. If you keep it full of water and empty the tray every 20-30 mins you will get a gallon bucket quick, Noise is not bad makes a little when the compressor kicks in but not unbearable. Make sure you keep it clean it doesn't take much to get build up in it unfortunately just how it goes.
