Purchased as a gift for my Mom. Her ice maker had gone out in her fridge some time ago and she had been purchasing bags of ice regularly. This ice maker is so easy to use, efficient and perfect for her. She has really enjoyed it.

Surprisingly good for the price. We bought this when our refrigerator ice maker went out and we never missed a beat. Small enough for kitchen counter but makes good ice quickly. Highly recommended!

This product has a great value. It produces ice quickly, but the first batches when you start the machine are soft and watery. It needs to run a few times to create solid ice. The machine needs to be run several times when you first start it. The ice will taste bad like plastic and will need to be thrown away. After about 3 days of throwing away the ice, the ice finally started to taste just like water...which is good. This ice machine is also loud. I'm not sure if they are supposed to run quietly, but with this one you can definitely hear its running. I Purchased an open -box order, so my rating is mainly due to its affordable price. Otherwise, the machine performs well. It makes ice. The small ice and big ice are not substantially different in size

Excellent ice machine. Makes ice fast! The only bad thing about it is it does not have a freezer to keep the ice frozen. You need to empty the ice basket out. Otherwise the ice melts and sticks together when you put it in a freezer

We bought this wonderful ice maker for our travels. However, when we returned home from our last trip, my hubby loved it so much he keeps it in his workshop!!! It quickly makes ice & keeps it cold. Nice crunch (if you chew them) & it makes 2 sizes. I definitely re3commend this jewel.

Makes great ice and having two size options just makes it that much better

I love it. Easy to use, easy to clean. The ice is soft to eat and takes about 30 minutes to fill. I use the large ice.

We do not have an ice maker in the fridge and wanted the convenience of one until we make that change. This was a great compromise and very happy with this model so far. We make sure there is enough water, turn it on and let it do its thing, checking on it later. We do find that sometimes the ice sticks together, but we work around that by placing the ice in a gallon zip lock bag placing it in the freeze, breaking it up if we need to before placing it in the ice tray. We also used this for a party that we hosted and worked out very well for our guests. Would recommend it for the ease of use.

So far so good! This looks sturdier than the one I bought from Amazon. It died within a year, and when I tried to look them up…I could no longer find them. It’s fairly quiet. It’s definitely quick!

So this works great I ran it most of the day and had no problems. My husband was shocked by how fast this thing makes ice. Small so it doesn't take up a lot of space. Great purchase.

It makes ice on no time! I leave it on a little table so it does not take counter space. It’s perfect !

The ice maker worked greater than expected! It had low noise and doesn’t take up much space.

This ice maker is superb. We were tired of using ice trays as we always went through the ice quickly and could never make new ice quick enough. This ice make solves that problem for us. You just fill it with filtered water and it starts making ice within 10-15 minutes. The ice pieces are small and round with holes going through the middle. It does take a lot of these ice cubes to fill a glass, but the ice maker does make a lot of them. Overall an excellent product. Highly recommend.

It is a very well made and sturdy product. It makes very quick and it is easy to set up and use. Can be a little noise but it’s only when the ice is falling and that’s to be expected.

We love this little ice maker! With the summer heat, and all of us home all the time, we couldn’t keep up with our ice trays. We also dont have a water line for a fridge ice maker, so this machine was perfect! Easy set up, and it makes ice so quickly!
