The only hiccup I noticed was with the Size function. For a while it gave me a mix of large and small cubes regardless of the size I selected. After starting back up (you have to give it 3minutes off after “add water”Light comes on) I got sad little transparent pellets that get better. Overall happy with my purchase. Would do it again. The “ice full” is annoying. It’s never full just stuck on top of each other.

The ice cubes are small so it will melt fast but overall I love it! Good if you’re hosting a few people but not for a large party. Pretty cool if you’re looking to add something to your mini bar

Would be nice if the holding area was refrigerated. If you get busy and don’t move ice to freezer, it melts back into the water holding. Overall happy with the product.

A little noisy at night, but if you empty the ice and shut it down then it's not an issue. Very nice to have ice all day without having to faf about with ice trays.
