LG wanted so much song and dance before sending a tech to fix the product. They insisted on a full live video demo, wasted 2 hours of my time, and more trouble than any appliance company I've ever had to deal with. Still, can't get the appointment, until I do more of their diagnostic work.

So far, range id outperforming what it replaced, maling us feel we made the right choice. Hate that Bidenomics made this cost so much more than we wanted to pay.

Never got an email to review the associate who sold us these products. She was amazing. Her name is Zineh Omary and she is now at Irvine pacific sales. She was amazing and knowledgeable. I would go to her again in an instant.

Air fryer feature not quite as good as countertop air fryer. Only other complaint is the lack of back-lighting on keypad buttons
