She is so happy (and is a great cook). She now has a reliable gas range for cooking turkey on Thanksgiving Day! So looking forward to many wonderful meals! What I don’t like is Best Buy’s price match. The range is on sale plus you get a $100 gift card. I purchased it and also received a $100 gift card, but the sale price is $100 cheaper and I will not receive the price match.

Burners heat up food much quicker than previous. Looks great with the flat surface and allows the backsplash to be visualized opening up the kitchen.

Major problem with exposed elevtronics

I decided that I'm not a fan of the griddle. I'd rather use a pan to cook on as the griddle is quite heavy and more difficult to clean. Items stick too easily as well. The griddle also prevents larger pans from fitting well. The Turbo burner is very hot, but the two burners on the left are as well. The right rear burner is the simmer, but sometimes you need to cook several dishes slowly. You really can't with this range. The major flaw is the vent behind the burners. Liquids can easily spill down the back, and the electronics that control the oven are exposed and can be damaged quite easily. My oven will not work and the electronic board is about 500 plus labor to repair. My repairman states that the boards are only warranted for a few months. My question is, why would you design it so that the electronics can be so easily damaged?

In every way it is an improvement on what I had that the oven wouldn't work or maintain the temperature. The delivery and set up service was excellent.

Have had it for a few weeks now no problems. we have found the burners run "hotter" than the old one so cooks or heats foods more quickly. We were disappointed that LG no longer has the warming drawer at the bottom. Also, we have only used the air fryer once so far but found to to be somewhat of a gimmick. Will try it again but one of the main reasons we like our air fryer is the shorter cooking time which we did not find to be the case using the air fryer function on this range, The salesperson who helped us was excellent and the guys who delivered and installed the range also fantastic.
