||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful refrigerator arrived damaged, lower hinges were bent on both the top and bottom doors, the back panel/grill was also bent and not from delivery this was a manufacturing issue. Worse, it is impossible to get through to anyone at Best Buy to talk about this! I have bought many appliances from BB for a four plex and now my home, this is my very first complaint. I guess ive never needed service or needed to return anything, never thought it would be this difficult! not happy.
