    The unit itself functions fine, however both the original unit and the one I currently have arrive severely damaged. I rejected the first unit as the damage was around the coils and compressor and I was not going to risk that. The second unit looks as tho it was dropped on the corner, and the only reason I was willing to accept it was the damage was essentially cosmetic. BB did offer a discount as a consolation, and I chose to accept because waiting another week and having to take more time off to be around for the delivery window was not an option. The delivery people were fantastic, I know it wasn't their fault, just be careful!
