Smart TV & webOS capabilities non-functional
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon setting up the TV, the sound and picture quality worked fine, but the smart TV functions would not load, nor could you update the apps. to make them work. Netflix and Amazon Prime wouldn't open, and you couldn't log into these accounts. Best Buy was very helpful. Their customer service arranged for pickup of this defective unit and provided a full refund of the purchase price. We replaced this TV with a Samsung, and bought it from Best Buy because of their great customer service.
