No ads, background play, and you get some special offers. I hate ads, I'm sure a lot of people do. I haven't used background play a lot, but I'm sure it's extremely useful for many people. In my experience, it's great to have. Some argue to use an adblocker, but YouTube is basically getting rid of them. I use this on mobile mainly, otherwise I'd use an adblocker until they're banned.

Great Value if you like YouTube and Music

Having no ads on YouTube is a great experience, not to mention you support your favorite creators more than if you had watched the ads instead. YouTube Music is included and while not the best app for music, it certainly does the job.

Good Streaming Option

While I can deal with ads, the higher quality bitrate and video quality made available to you are probably worth it if your display and sound can handle it (and you can notice the difference).

I really loved the 3 month premium YouTube because it had no ads and that is what I loved the most. I can be hearing music without any distortion.
