    Am unable to provide an informed review of this item. Best Buy sent Go Pro cameras instead of the USB-A to micro-USB cables that I ordered. I followed the instructions on the website and brought the incorrect items to my local store where they took the cameras off my hands but did not have the correct USB cables in stock. BB has not supplied the missing items, so all I can say is that they don't work for me because I don't have them.

    I called to order whatever cable would hook up to a Garmin. I was told this one would work. Well, it doesn’t. Garmin needs a USB-C. This one has a micro USB. Now I gotta return it and start over. Your sales people who take orders should know their products!

    I was promised that the charger cable was the correct one, even though I told the Best Buy person I spoke with that the picture didn’t look right. He assured me it was. And it wasn’t right and I need to return it. And I paid $9.99 for next morning delivery (I was also promised it would arrive in the am) but didn’t receive it until later in the day.

    I'm sorry your product didn't work at all. It was the right size for my phone but my phone still would not charge. But I don't think it was your product. I believe it was because my phone would no longer accept the charge From any wire other than the original charging wire. I finally bought a new phone and hopes that I can still use the old wire. But that didn't work out either. I'm still unable to use your product.

    They promise free delivery and set-up and that’s great, the thing they don’t say is your delivery date will be canceled and rescheduled for the following week. Every. Single. Time. This is the fourth time for me.

    Didn't fit my Kindle even though a salesperson looked at my Kindle and said it would. I should have opened the box and tried the cord. I did bring all three of the Kindle's. Poor value because not correct cord.
