Not worth it

I got it because my puppy damaged the original one. Yet the only thing that works on the remote & my tv is the power button. We still use the damaged one.

I did curbside and the App said 22 minute wait. After two disconnected calls and 50 minutes later I went into the store and got my products NEVER AGAIN WILLI COME TO TJOS RETAILER

After days of trying i finally sent my 30 dollar Remote back for a refund and ordered a generic one for 10 dollars off of ebay that, thankfully, paired on the very first try.
