    Barely lasted a year with minimal use. Now it has this sharp grinding noise. You manually turn the device in the base and you can feel it grinding. If you turn it on it sounds like there is metal being ground up. But it's not in the cup part, but coming from the base. And they have security screws so you can't even unscrew it to see what's wrong. And of course, it's only a 1 year warranty... Bought it August 2021. Barely used. Died October 2022.
