I had the Geek Squad set it up and connect my devices and there was no problem. The picture is great and it’s user friendly. I’m tech challenged and can navigate easily. I really enjoy the Alexa feature. The sound can sound muffled with some apps, but it could be more of the app than the TV. Overall, Good quality, very satisfied.
