She uses the iPad as a laptop replacement with and Apple Pencil as well, and this product works perfectly for that setup. Perhaps a little pricey for what you are getting.

Fits perfectly, backlit keyboard which can be removed and still have the case protecting while using touchscreen. Definitely would recommend for those not want to splurge for the Apple

It is a good case the detachable keyboard from the main case helps a lot. The flexibility is the stand allows the screen to go back fully. I have not tried it with an apple pencil so I cannot comment on that.

I really liked it for multiple tasks - reading the newspaper, internet research, composing narratives of various types, portable to go in a book bag, usable in meetings, on and on.

Was a bit hesitant at first thinking it wouldn’t look right (color wise) with my iPad Air but I was definitely wrong. Totally recommend.
