stains easily ,not lighted well in oven to see clear

Oven works great as advertised. Technology is top notch. No complaints. Double Oven works well.

Love this oven. Definitely recommend getting a ceramic cleaner fir top. Love the smart features. Now i can keep track of when my hubby is making someone:)

This range is so amazing. I love all the smart options it has and a dual range is just so convenient for us bakers.

I have been using the stove for about two weeks. Everything seems to work fine but my only concern is the amount of hot air coming out of top left vent when Air Fryer in use.

This stove is outstanding and glad we were able to purchase it.

This stove/oven has great flexibility. The double oven is a great convenience. Love all of the features.

Best Buy is my go-to store for appliances. They are delivered on time and sooner than the other stores. This Samsung range is amazing for an electric range.

The delivery and installation were quick with no dents or scratches but the oven itself started having issues within three days. I used the air fryer option twice before the lower oven fan began sounding like an ice chip maker. I had Samsung support on the phone while I replicated the situation and then took a video of it, I isolated it to just the lower oven when in convection mode at 400F and above. The service center doesn't call you back until 24-48 hours (with no known number to give you). It's easier just to return the device to Best Buy and be without an oven for awhile. Aside from the convection issues, the back right burner doesn't warm up evenly and the front burner on the small ring takes forever to boil a pot of water. The rapid boil ring is the largest one and ridiculously too big for boiling water for one person. The look is great and I didn't have an issue with the glass scratching at all. Note the "remote start" function is a misnomer as you CAN'T remote start the device- you can only send the oven settings to the device remotely through the app or Alexa then have a person manually click the start button to initiate the setting. This is due to obvious safety issues but really annoying that it's being advertised as such. Also if safety was such a concern you should be able to remotely turn off the burners to prevent accidental turn-ons or living with people who have dementia that leave on the burner but NOPE that safety feature doesn't exist...

Not familiar with cooking with conventional oven. But love the two ovens. The stovetop is nice too. Buttons seem tough to push to set time.

I love my stove, especially the oven. The two way use of the oven is fantastic.

Fantastic range; got a really good deal and this hasn't disappointed. Way faster than the previous Samsung I had. highly recommend

To have bought a brand new stove it had some dings and dents that it should not have however for the most part it has worked well for me and my baking... I took an additional star off because it's very hard to keep the stove top clean though they made it seem like it was staying and scratch resistant or whatnot it definitely takes a toll on you trying to keep it almost new looking

Great oven, big fan a few months in. Definitely would recommend
