Somehow my wife uses this to outdo starbucks so take it for what it is, its a tool but in the right hands can make some beautifully crafted drinks.

We had the original Kurig for the longest time and we were in the market for a new one, read all the positive reviews and decided to gove it a try. We have a Ninja Blender and knowntheir products are excellent. This item did not disappoint makes great coffee and the ability to make a whole pot of coffee is great when guest are over

After taking a couplw weeks to get aquainted with the Ninja Dual Brew Pro I’m feeling very happy about my purchase. The coffee actually tastes smoother than when using my former iCoffee machine. The wide variety of settings for hot or cold coffee and tea make this coffee machine worth the money. I really like that you can program the time to brew on a routine. The pod adapter is easy to switch in and out. One minor con was having to purchase reusable k cup filters.

Works really well love it wake up and the morning and just trun on by the time i get ready to work get my drink and go

This is the Mac-Daddy of coffee makers. It has more features than we will ever use and when you switch it to RICH, it brews a tasty cup of java! My only small regret is not getting the version with the glass carafe and burner under it. I need to nuke my coffee because I do prefer it to be hot, rather than warm. So nice to add water just a few times a week and with the water supply unit, you don't end up watering your countertop, which usually happens when attempting to add water to other coffee makers (every day!)

Best coffee maker I've ever owned. Extremely easy to operate, and makes a killer coffee. Love the frother, and the easy water boil feature.

This is a good coffeemaker. However, one major flaw with this particular model. If you like your coffee to stay hot for several hours, buy the model that has the glass carafe and warming plate. This thermal carafe does not keep the coffee hot for very long at all. There is no warming plate so we constantly have to microwave our cup of coffee. It keeps it warm, but not hot. Love the coffeemaker, but I wish I bought the other model.

Thoroughly enjoying this coffee maker. Fast, quiet and easy to use. It replaced an old ninja that quit. Only slight downside was that it didn’t come with a reusable filter, so I had to order one although paper filters worked fine. It has a lot more options for the size of pot than our old unit

Bought this as a gift for a friend. He loves it, uses it every day. Couldn’t be happier.

The product is as expected. It does have a tech start thing was is hard to follow for people who are not tech savvy. The coffees taste overtall is just right not strong or to weak.

Changed from Keurig that was always giving problems to try Ninja. Love the option of using pods or ground coffee

Very versatile appliance -- we have used all of its functions and are very pleased with the way it makes full pots, partial pots, K-cups, and hot water.

We had the original Ninja carafe coffee pot and loved it. When it finally died I was almost happy so I could buy the new and improved version. I love the flexibility of brewing regular coffee or changing out the basket to use the “pod” style coffee. Sometimes I like a cup of flavored coffee but my husband doesn’t so it’s easier to pop in an occasional flavored pod rather than buy a pound of flavored coffee. Everything about the new design is convenient. The front dial is easy to set the time, or the delay time, and the amount to brew between 7 and 47 ounces! It illuminates nicely. I love the frother! I use either cold milk or flavored coffee creamer and the froth stands up well in my coffee. So fancy! It also has a feature to dispense hot water for tea or hot chocolate, etc. It comes out of a hole right next to where the coffee comes out so the water never has a coffee taste. The new larger, wide mouth carafe is so much easier to clean. We like the stainless carafe rather than the glass pot because we just put the carafe on the table for our second cup. It keeps the coffee plenty warm. The Ninja team thought of everything in this new design! It’s worth every penny. We couldn’t be happier with it.

Works great thus far. Does everything as advertised. Heats water well. No issues.
