This coffee maker makes excellent tasting coffee.much I love the rich tasting k pod setting because it punches 3 holes in the pod instead of one and that must be the secret to why it tastes so much better. My husband absolutely loves the ice coffee setting and he said this was the best purchase of 2022. If you’re sick of your coffee tasting BLAH and bland buy one of these. I promise it’s worth every penny.

LOVE this coffee maker! Does it all - full coffee pot, single cup pods, "frothy coffee" (our version of Cappucino), hot water for tea - easily and well.

Easy to use, can switch between a pot and a k-cup with ease. Milk frother on the side is a great touch!

Makes great coffee. If only it was a little smarter for the price. It will run out of water mid way through making the drink. My old simple Keurig knew to not brew half a cup.

Overall, this machine delivers. We replaced a machine from another brand with no frills. The frother and carafe are nice to have. We also like the measuring spoon. Having a hot water dispenser separate from the coffee dispenser is nice. So why not a 5 star? 2 things - we used a reusable k-cup previously and this machine cannot use them. Yes, you can buy a reusable filter which we have, but it is not as easy to clean. The second item is water/coffee sits at the bottom of the filter area. This means something else has to be cleaned.

Huge upgrade from a simple drip machine I had before. The reservoir is convenient and the frother has been suprsingly useful and I’ve been using it daily.

Make really good coffee and I love the delayed brewing feature. The one that I was doesn't have a built in warmer so that was a little disappointing. Other than that I really love this machine.

I love it. Easy to use. Great for a cup of quick boiled water. Needs 3 hole refillable k cups. The 1 hole kind do not work. This machine makes better tasting coffe. Many options. Nice touch screen feature. Bright lighted display.

The Ninja Dual Brew Pro is a very good coffee maker, with several brew options. Enjoying our morning cup o' joe (or two.. or more!). After nearly a month's worth of use, it is definitely an upgrade/update from our previous machine. Our very old KitchenAid single-brew (the nice retro model) finally bit the dust, and of course we needed a replacement for the next AM. I had checked out several brewers in the past, and the Ninja line has always had impressive functionality at a decent price... and we didn't find a KitchenAid model in the local stores that equaled the options available. Other models were either extremely expensive or didn't offer the brew options to match the Ninja. We were presently surprised with the basic brew setting! Definitely a richer, higher quality brew than our old coffeemaker. Nice to have the single brew settings along with the carafe. Haven't used the other options as of yet, but we'll get there eventually. Not sure we will ever use the K-Cup (we grind whole beans), but it's there, just in case company visits and want to have their favorite K-Cup brew.

After getting two other coffee expresso coffeemakers that broke in less than a year, I decided to try this one and not going back, I love the Frother and how it keeps the coffee hot without using electricity. The settings are very precise that I also thought was amazing.
