Overpriced Single Cup Coffee Station Let Down

This unit does not come w/ an insulated carafe. The provided stainless pitcher succeeds only in accomplishing the exact opposite of an insulated carafe - it somehow makes coffee colder, quickly if not immediately. Ninja knows this - continuing to call it an insulated carafe is insincere, if not fraudulent. Sad to see a brand I really like(d) make such a weird, ‘digging our heels in’ choice to mislead. As someone who was duped, my advice is: Pour 1 cup & drink immediately. Plan to microwave all remaining coffee, including any remaining in the 1st cup you poured, if you didn’t drink it all immediately as instructed.

Ninja coffee maker

I love this coffeemaker much better than the kurig. My daughter likes making ice coffee and this has the feature for it also the milk frother is great. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a new coffee maker

Amazing but dribbles

I would rave and tell everyone to buy it, except for one super annoying problem. It leaks/spills when pouring from the carafe when filling my mug. I now have a permanent coffee rag that clusters my countertop as the thing dribbles every time.

The carafe will keep coffee hot for a few hours. Not as long as our old one did however long enough for us. The frother works fairly well also when we make lattes and such.
