Stopped working before two years. Not worth it!

No warranty or support so out of a $200+ coffee maker. Very disappointed that such an expensive machine couldn't even last two years.

Don't buy if you like HOT coffee

Dont you know plastics give off carcinogens and csuse CANCER ! And they know it heats the plastics Drains in a cup.. nice cup of cancer.. seriously I though Ninja made better products! Fancy but not functional.

Returned it for another model within a week. Thought I could live without the warming plate since it said with thermal pot coffee would stay warm for 4 hours, not so. After 2 hours it was cold. If you are a fan of the warming plate this one won't work for you.
