This thing works just okay, it's definitely better as an oven than a fryer. Also, it started making a very loud buzzing sound every time I use it. I'm getting rid of it and buying another brand.

Nice oven but be aware that it has a few less programmed settings than other similar ones in the market.

Works great until it does not. This was replaced once through Ninja in the first 6 months due to the fan bearing going out.

I bought it thinking i would use it more but I guess I just like cooking more. besides that my air fried foods didn't come out crispy but I'm probably not doing something right.

I owned this model for nearly a year now, and the way it's made makes it difficult to clean the oils and grease on the inside

I purchased this toaster oven first time on Feb 22, 2022, by Oct 2022 it was making a very loud noise. I returned and picked up another one thinking it was a one off issue, but my second one has the same issue. After year of use again it's making a very loud noise and fan has completely stopped working. Don't buy this toaster oven if you're planning to use it more than a year.

I bought my Ninja - Foodi Convection Toaster Oven with 11-in-1 in July 2022, also bought 2 years warranty (until July 2024) We used it once in a while, cleaned every time. Guess what, is August 2024 (2 years 1 month) and it just doesn’t work anymore…

Excellent product! It's really easy to use and the different cooking modes are helpful to do whatever you want in just a couple of minutes. Once you get this appliance in your kitchen, you won't use the oven anymore!

Item works very well. This unit is special to Best Buy and does not have the REWARM and DEHYDRATE modes, which I did not need. So, the price I got this at was the best I could find for the dual-heat model

Compared to my old air fryer , the end product is not as nicely done . A bit disappointed.

I really enjoyed using it until it shorted out! What a disappointment. At first the inside light started to flicker, then the fan wouldn't run, then the power started fluctuating and that was it. Dont buy it, what a piece of junk!! Hey Ninja, I want my money back!

It is pretty cool and it does a lot but it does take the counter space until you flip it up!

After only 6 weeks, the lights began flashing and the air fan is not moving. I’m very upset. I loved this thing when it worked. I expected more from this brand. Ninja was my “go to” company for years. This item is too expensive to break so quickly. Will not be buying from them again.

This a definite upgrade to my prior toaster oven. Love all the functionality. Everything I've used in this has come out great and not burned. It's easy to clean and easy to store.

Absolutely incredible. The width provides enough space to cook enough for the entire family. The different cooking options make life easy. One unit with so much variety. Incredible

Broke at month 15, 3 months after warranty. They have these warranties down to a science. My previous toaster oven was a breville and lasted for over 10 years. My family outgrew so we upsized to the ninja but didn’t expect it to be this unreliable given the reviews. Lesson learned. If you expect it to last, don’t buy a Ninja

I have had this for a few weeks now and can’t imagine not liking this for years to come, there is so much you can do with this oven. Well worth the money

Returned to store - too big and too complicated for what we were looking for.

Appeared to be a nice appliance until the 18th day when it caught on fire while fixing toast. Per Best Buy policy, they do not accept returns after 15 days from purchase date. A dangerous event and waste of money.

The Ninja is great! It preheats in 1 minute and cooks very well. I am very pleased with it and use it all the time versus my oven.
