Handle broke after a few months

Right where the handle attaches to the door the plastic that connects to the metal screws just snapped. There is no reason this should have happened since I did not use any excessive force. All of the controls are attached to the handle and it will not open without so the toaster is now useless. Worked decently well otherwise although it did not cook evenly.

Possibly good oven--mine came damaged

I had to return it to Best Buy and for some reason they refunded me instead of replacing it. I bought a similar model at another store and it came with no defect and appears to be working fine. One out of two is not all that great.

Just okay.

It is very tricky to get your timing down with this, and it seems to either burn things way easy or undercook them. It’s more of a pain than anything.

Quit working after one year

Two defective air fryers in a row

The first unit I purchased arrived with a large dent in the side, which was both unsightly and concerning for a brand-new product. Hoping this was a one-off issue, I returned it for a replacement. Unfortunately, the second unit was no better it had a warped fan that made it extremely noisy during use. Two defective products in a row are unacceptable, especially from a brand as well-known as Ninja. This experience has left me doubting their quality control, and I won’t be buying from them again.

Broke after a year and a half.

Ended up having to replace it after a year and a half. Will not buy another Ninja product.
