It's like a second oven for me. It cooks great. Still learning to cook different meets, but chicken and bacon are far my favorites to cook with it. I have not used the thermometer on this one yet, but that is why I bought it. I do recommend cleaning after ever use.

Somewhat disappointed because the toaster is supposed to be non-stick, but unable to remove splatter. Also don't like you can't choose the rack you want to use.

I expected more from Ninja. The oven overheated on the outside that you can literally burn your hand. The pans and basket were so hard to clean. It took so much wattage that blew my kitchen breakers twice. Had to return. Big fail Ninja.

I purchased the Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 smart XL oven so that I could bake 9x13 pans of food in it, besides cookie sheets. A standard 9x13 pan WILL NOT fit in this oven if the pan has any kind of 'lip' or handle on it. You have to buy 9x13 pans that have straight sides on it OR you can buy one from Ninja to use. It is really a crazy design; it is only about three inches too short in width; otherwise it would have worked. I brought the oven back to Best Buy and will find another Oster like the one that I had that worked great for all kinds of pans. Buying a toaster oven that limits which pans you can put into it isn't for me, unfortunately so I cannot reacommend this oven.

Love this product didnt have quite enough space for a conventional oven, so this was the perfect alternative and it has cooked everything as if it was your traditional big oven

BEWARE, this thing is deep and not very wide. Too deep to fit on the counter. Wife purchased thinking this oven was wide, but it is situated in the box front facing the side of the packaging. Best buy DID NOT have one on display.

Recommend Ninja XL DT02 w/ thermometer

Easy to operate. Very quiet. Preheats in 90 seconds. No heating up the house! Food turns out great! Can prepare more healthy cooking options that turn out better than frying, oven or microwave. Takes no more counter space than a microwave! If I had to choose between a microwave and Ninja would definitely take the convection oven. You have more cooking options that are healthy! Only con is wish the interior was made of a material similar the square pans so it was easier to keep clean. But use fantastic and microfiber clothes to wipe down between uses! I absolutely recommend Ninja XL DT02! The digital thermometer is great as well!

Runs quiet. Air fryer function is much faster than my previous Emeril model. Large size is nice for fixing mixture of items at once or a Larger item. The baking sheets also work well as serving trays. Only negatives - slightly pricey and the large size takes up more counter space than most.

Needed 1/2-size oven; not many choices in the US

Convection ovens cause learning-curve! The “pre-heat” is NOT the same as a regular oven; interior may not show its working-temp on an oven thermometer, yet still cooks nicely. VERY MUCH Like the controls on the face of the handle! That keeps the controls from getting heat-damaged, & looks nice. The number of racks, bake pans, & air fry screen, are plenty; & my old cake pans fit fine, & 1 actually slotted into the rack slots, increasing the ways the unit can be used. The air fry screen is average. It needs a drip pan below it. We have yet to airfry sweet potatoe fries that came out right; unless coated w/a grease or oil, they turn hard, like, half-dehydrated & hard to chew. The dehydrator function allows adjusting temp to 100*F, perfect for actual low-temp dehydration. This is also perfect for fermenting a few quarts of yogurt or veggies @ a time. The painted-on oven coating is TERRIBLE, absolutely impossible to clean; it cannot “wipe clean w/soft cloth”. Bon Ami (never scratched once), cannot even lighten it. Not baking soda + vinegar, either. I cannot risk using oven cleaner chemicals. The pre-set cooking settings are generally good, though, depending on the food/recipe, the Time, Temp, CAN be adjusted. Can cover, or part-cover foods that splatter. Can set a tray pan underneath foods that might spill below…covering & using drip tray, helps reduce stains/splatters on interior of oven. It is very high-priced…but everything electrical has become obscenely overpriced; electronics got bloated priced, before the shutdown. There’s no good excuse for that, but profiteering. But this oven IS helping our goal of making more room in our little kitchen…average appliances are too blinkin’ huge in small kitchens. The new layout, this oven fits just-right on counter, partly in under upper cupboard. This oven plus 2 cheap induction burners built onto a cart, has been working great for a couple years now. Just gotta get the old stove out of there. I thought this Ninja was a bum unit at 1st. But, the more I’ve used it, the better I like it! It is very different from average ovens, & can feel daunting to figure out, but definitely, loving this oven, the longer we have it! I just won’t let anyone see the awfully badly stained interior surface. The REAL tell, of whether this was a good appliance, will be how long it lasts. A full-size stove costs about double the price of this Ninja. I EXPECT this oven to both LAST LONG, & also, to have easily gotten replacement parts, for at least 20-plus years. THAT remains to be seen.
