Well, the TV was an open box sale on black Friday and supposed to guaranteed and inspected by best buy, however when I received it and my kid opened it, the legs were missing, the screen was busted at the top, and the remote was missing. Brought it back to best buy, and of course black Friday sales have ended now. So I ended up having to pay 225 bucks to get another TV.

Quality isn't great. Purchased for our guess bedroom. It's perfect for that or for a yound college dorm.

Bought this during BF. Wanted a cheap 2nd computer monitor option. Bad idea, resolution is too low, excel sheets are hard to read.

I bought this tv for my semi-truck for the slim bevel. Much to my surprise the way the mounting holes are set up it doesn’t work with a mount in the truck despite another reviewer saying it was perfect. The holes in the tv are also larger than the bracket holes in the TV mount. Okay, we’ll it has feet so surely I can make it work. Nope. Unsteady on the feet and despite trying everything to keep it situated it fell. So I paid over 150$ for a tv that I’ve used 3 times and is now broken beyond use. Besides that, the fire tv interface is not friendly. And when I first booted it, it crashed. I had to reset the tv to factory settings and start over. The whole tv felt cheap from the beginning. Like the parts felt flimsy and cheap. And that’s compared to other TVs in this price range that I’ve had before. Go with a vizio or a Roku tv in this size. They are much sturdier and the software in the tv is more reliable. Fair warning for semi-drivers. The vizio 32inch didn’t fit in my truck between the cabinets. I couldn’t make it work at all. The roku fits, but you have to tilt it.

Good tv overall, however it is glitchy at times. Average but not impressed, sometimes it takes long to power on or open an application.

I bought this as a bedroom tv and was reviewed on independent sites that it had the best sound. Wrong. Picture is washed out no mater how you set brightness & contrast. The kicker is now the internal processor can't keep up with FireTV service. Now I have to buy a new FireStick for it to be of any use.

Toshiba TV quality is not that great. Probably because of the 720 and not 1080.

I spent the extra money to get this TV specifically for the built-in Apple AirPlay feature… just for it to not include Apple AirPlay. I contacted support who’s only solution was to download an app which I was trying to avoid. I don’t blame the support team they didn’t make the TV or write out the product specifications. Hopefully this will be removed from the product specifications because I surely plan on reporting the error. If it matters my TV had a manufacture date of January 2022.

The TV quit after 5 days of use. I WILL HAVE IT REPAIRED THIS WEEK. The TV worked real good when it was working

It's fine, kind of slow and frustrating at times but will get the job done.

It performs as expected.I do not have any complaints. I knew what I was buying at the time of purchase.

Bought this for my office and within a year the picture keeps failing. The processor is slow, and the user interface is clunky, forcing you to go through at least two steps just to watch something once it's turned on.

Disappointed in the controller went through 8 batteries in 1 month. Also has a glitch in some of the apps so they don’t work.

Overall a good television, but start up takes a long time.

Seems to be working well so far. We use this in our camper. Hoping it gives us many years.

When TV was working, it was great. However, 15-16 months after getting the TV, white vertical lines appeared on the screen when the TV was turned on. This couldn’t be repaired.

This TV is very disappointing. I assumed that because the Amazon Fire Stick 4K works so well that purchasing this TV would be like purchasing a TV with a built-in Fire Stick but boy was I wrong. The quality is very low and the TV keeps reseting itself. Sometimes it locks up completely and I have to unplug it for 5 minutes then plug it back in and try again. There is no way to adjust the picture settings because they are all greyed out. I just don't get the point of the TV. It's very low quality, there isn't anyway to adjust the picture, and the sound quality is horrible. The background sounds are louder than the voices; it doesn't matter which audio setting you choose, the background remains louder. When you turn the TV down you can't hear the voices. When you turn it up the background gets so loud it unbearable. I tried reseting it multiple times but no luck. I plan on returning it.

Well, it won't let me fix the problem with the volume on the TV. I've tried several ways and I'm coming up with nothing.
