Love the new fridge but not happy that the people who delivered it dented/scratched the freezer door and then really scratched the bottom shelf on the door.

Refrigerator was an open box good. Leveling legs in the front were missing. Manager refused to assist or order missing parts. Features on the refrigerator are great. Service at store is the only issue.

Excellent fridge for our garage. It lays out nicely as a beverage holder in the garage, so we are happy with it. Fairly sturdy for the price point too! Would recommend this.

The Refrigerator is a very solidly built product and the tenant is happy with it. The delivery was on time and went smoothly.

So far has been a great replacement fridge, only complaint is I can’t find replacements for the holders that go on the inside of door.

So I read the reviews, but I decided to take a chance on this refrigerator. I purchased in store and scheduled a deliver. The delivery was quick, two days. The two delivery men were very careful and brought the item into my kitchen with no issues. The outside looked great, no dents or scratches. However, once I opened the refrigerator one of the glass shelves had fallen off track and caused some damages in the process. Three of the door shelves were cracked, the cheese/cold cut drawer was in pieces. The bottom shelf that sits on top of the two crisper drawers had two cracks in the plastic frame. There was not packaging foam or anything protecting the inside but pieces of tape. I called Best Buy right away and they said they would send replacement doors and shelves. It would take 5-7 business days. Hmmm, ok, these things happen, I waited. The replacement parks arrived but the wrong bottom shelf was sent. I called again, they were going to send another shelve and assured it was the right part. Another week goes by, the shelf arrives and it is the wrong part. I called again and was again re-assured they were going to send me the right part. The issue was finally resolved but it took a month for me to get the right part and three attempts.

Good service I had pro lems but Best Buy geek squad took care of me

The refrigerator was delivered on time. It seems to be working fine. I notice it has a couple of minor scratches. They said they would bring me a new one. They wanted me happy.

I very much like my Insignia Refrigerator. The service in store and delivery staff were all the best.

It is a good buy for our rental property . No complaints at all. Would recommend for rentals.
